Alex has worked on every appliance in my house. He’s the only person I have ever called who can walk in, correctly diagnose and fix the problem without wasting time or adding unnecessary expenses. He is effective and efficient in every way and very professional. If the repair requires a follow up visit, he comes again to address the issue right away. He is very responsive (and friendly with my animals). After trying many others, I would never consider hiring anyone but Alex/Almaks.
